I asked if Balcas could empty and clean my pellet store between Christmas and New Year since we had a problem with the pellet delivery system (Vacuum) that need an engineer to fix the problem. We had no heat or hot water. They said it could only be done towards the summer. I was very disappointed with their response. I have since moved to a more customer-friendly supplier.
