As a domestic customer, being kept in the dark about when the delivery will be until the day before is utterly poor service. Some of us have to go to work!
This company used to be excellent when it was 'Forever Fuels', but since being taken over by Balcas, I have taken my business elsewhere. I am able to book a prompt and reliable delivery with your competitor.
