Every aspect of today's delivery was done with great care and precision by your driver, Simon Brooking, including his access to the property, positioning of the vehicle to the plant room and visual inspection of the hopper interior before filling and after delivery of 5 tonnes. He explained measures he was taking to minimise dust and degradation. Very few pellets were removed from the delivery pipe or the air evacuation pipe after the filling was completed. I would rate this delivery highly, and would be glad to have all future deliveries made by Simon Brooking.
