Good to have the email systems in place advising if delivery is in the area as I find the top up service good value. Also the follow up email communication is good, but the link between the top-up price and invoice price is often wrong - although I should have checked the confirm order file as this was also incorrect! However, Kevin quick to pick up and correct the error so it worked out fine in the end. Like the service reminders and call from driver as it is always useful to get an expected delivery time. Driver very good and no mess which is a bonus! Good all-round service, just need to sort the email quote from the top up service with confirmation and invoice price. Thanks, Adam
