The actual delivery process seems to work well. Ordering is quite clunky, as you have to get a quote, make sure what the price is if the silo takes either above/below that amount, fix a delivery date, then reply to a confirmation and so on. Anything you could do to stream line the ordering process would be good-in particular as we are a regular customer. Even better would be some kind of discount for a frequent buyer, or greater discount if you jointly order with someone nearby-we have a neighbour, 1 mile away, who needs exactly the same pellets, and for a while Verdo would deliver say 8 tonnes to me and 8 tonnes to the neighbour, at a reduced price.
