Driver was excellent explaining what was going on explaining the reasons for everything. A credit to the company.
Invoicing and delivery details across the web was also very impressive. Quality of product excellent.
The reason for a less than excellent rating was the disconnect between initial contact and the schedule coming out for confirmation ; more than a week & after the initially indicated delivery date ! Very poor but more than offset by everything else.
