I would have given five stars, however, we do request an early delivery before 8am as access to our Biomass boiler is through the school car park, but delivery was not received until 10:30am today. I did try to contact you by telephone to confirm arrival time, however, your telephone system did not appear to be working correctly. A member of staff called to advise that delivery would be approximately 10:30am today and early deliveries would not now be possible in future, however, the delivery driver advises that early deliveries are still possible, just not today!
