I had to phone on the day before the delivery as I had not heard from the driver about the likely time of his arrival. This should not have happened: I was expecting to be given an estimated arrival time without having to ask for it. But once the driver had spoken to me, everything went smoothly and the driver turned out to be most knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
