I have used FF since I had my biomass boiler fitter 3 years ago. I have always found them to be very helpful when I ask for a quote, they are always very prompt. The follow up process for delivery is always easy and FF communicate with me through the whole process. The delivery men always ring when they are near and are extremely pleasant and helpful, a great asset to FF. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
