Appreciate you are dealing with the general public and some can be "more demanding than others". However, ordering pellets could be easier - one call or email to the depot manager to place order, confirm price and delivery date should be all that is required. No problem with follow up email or text to conform same, but customer shouldn't have to take any further action. Hope this helps. Just had boiler serviced and service engineers praised condition of boiler which is primarily down to quality of pellets :-)
